Optimus Prime dies in the first twenty minutes. Not as a setup for resurrection, not for a cheap emotional beat. Across the galaxy, something worse stirs. Cast into deep space by Starscream, a battered Megatron encounters Unicron, a giant robot that devours planets, and returns reborn as Galvatron, the new Decepticon leader. With Galvatron rising and Unicron nearing Cybertron, the Autobots must guard the Matrix or face total destruction. Expect a sci-fi mecha action film full of battles between giant transforming robots.
