Xie Lian keeps falling, keeps losing everything that matters, keeps discovering that nothing he recovers compares to being seen by one person. The short film format strips away anything that isn't essential, no filler, no subplots that don't feed the center. What remains is pure: a man proving his worth not to Heaven or humanity, but to the one person who chose to stay when everyone else left.

Set in the world of Heaven Official's Blessing, this ONA gathers a set of short films about Xie Lian, crown prince of Xian Le Kingdom, and Hua Cheng. The first short shows how the two meet. In the second, they spend the Lantern Festival together at the Ghost Market. The third takes them beneath the water before they head back to Ghost City, and the fourth brings an unexpected find inside a mountain cave. The brief episodes mix fantasy, drama, action and adventure.
