Three villains, Atasha, Sekobitchi and Duwarusuki, team up with dreams of becoming the most beautiful woman, the most celebrated scientist and the greatest hero in the world. They serve as Time Patrollers, the official guardians of history, but the job is only a cover. Working for a sinister leader who wants history reshaped to his liking, the trio travel through time to tamper with the past. Standing against them are Hikaru and Nana, who take on the guise of the Otasukemen to protect the timeline. The result is a comedic science fiction series built on time travel adventures.
