A talking kettle yanks two modern kids into ancient Baghdad and leaves them to figure out how to survive with medieval royalty while separated from their only way home. The comedy comes from watching a soccer player and a musician improvise their way through a world where they don't belong, armed with nothing but modern stubbornness. Abdullah keeps showing up like a cartoon villain who never learns, the princess needs rescuing again, and Hayato is still thinking about getting back to his girlfriend in a world where that makes no sense whatsoever.
Hayato and Yumi's visit to a scientist's laboratory takes a chaotic turn when they accidentally activate Tondekeman, a wise-cracking sentient kettle with the power to traverse time itself. The machine whisks them centuries into the past, landing in medieval Baghdad where they encounter Aladdin, a charming prince, and the spirited Princess Shalala. Their reunion proves bittersweet: the cunning villain Abdullah has already seized Tondekeman and set his sights on kidnapping the princess to force her into marriage with his mysterious master. Separated from their only ticket home, Hayato and Yumi join forces with their new companions to pursue Abdullah across different eras and lands. Each jump through history brings them face-to-face with legendary figures and increasingly outlandish situations. The chase becomes personal as the group forms genuine bonds while racing against time itself. What begins as an accident transforms into an unlikely adventure where friendship matters as much as retrieving the talking kettle. Survival means stopping Abdullah before history itself unravels.
