Ayu Tateishi is a second-year middle schooler admired as smart, sporty and calm, an image she has carefully built to catch the attention of her crush, Tetsushi Kaji, a friendly member of the baseball club. One day she finds a new student, Nina Sakura, in tears as she hunts for something she has lost. After Ayu helps her, Nina chooses her as the keeper of a secret: she is a witch from the Magic Kingdom, studying at Ayu's school. When a dispute over the tennis courts forces Ayu into a match against Hiroki Tsujiai, captain of the boys' team and Kaji's best friend, Nina casts a spell on a piece of chocolate to help her out. This one-episode special mixes comedy, romance and supernatural magic, and it covers the same events as the opening of the manga.
