Anime Like Tokko
Tokko doesn't care if you're ready for it. SYNOPSIS
Ranmaru graduates from the police academy ready to serve, but his first day takes a bizarre turn when the mysterious girl from his recurring nightmares suddenly appears before him. Her name is Sakura, and she's part of a covert unit hiding within the police force itself. When bottomless chasms start tearing open across Japan and release creatures of impossible origin, Ranmaru volunteers to join the hidden task force, driven by a personal vendetta: solving the massacre that claimed his parents' lives back in his hometown. As Ranmaru trains alongside Sakura and the rest of Tokko's secret operatives, the pattern becomes harder to ignore. The creatures emerging from the pits, the unsolved murders, and the nightmares bleeding into reality all point toward a single, catastrophic connection. Racing against time and wrestling with demons both literal and psychological, Ranmaru must determine whether his visions are curses, warnings, or something far stranger. Raw action collides with genuine dread as supernatural horror unfolds alongside personal tragedy.
