SYNOPSIS
Five girls carry a secret that could change everything. Ichigo Momomiya is an ordinary high schooler until a chance encounter at a wildlife preserve leaves her fundamentally transformed. She's been infused with the genetic code of an endangered cat species, granting her superhuman speed, agility, and strength. She's not alone in this strange new reality. A shadowy organization called the Mew Project has created four other girls with similar animal-based powers, and they need Ichigo's help immediately. An alien force called Chimera Anima threatens Earth, spawning dangerous creatures that only these enhanced heroines can defeat. Between monster attacks, secret identities, and managing normal teenage life, Ichigo and her fellow Mew Mews juggle dual existences that grow increasingly difficult to keep hidden. The threat escalates rapidly. Each transformation brings Ichigo closer to understanding her newfound abilities, but also closer to disaster. Friendship becomes their greatest weapon as they race to protect a world that has no idea they exist. Romance complicates matters further when feelings develop amid the chaos of saving humanity.
