Seki-kun's desk becomes the only place worth watching in class because he turns boredom into architecture. Yokoi gets dragged into his orbit every single episode, getting blamed for things she never started, and the show finds infinite comedy in that one trapped angle. Seven minutes is exactly long enough to build something ridiculous and get out before the premise cracks.

Rumi Yokoi is a diligent student who just wants to concentrate in class, but her desk mate, Toshinari Seki, has other plans. While lessons go on, he builds intricate setups at his desk: a detailed golf course whose hole is a dent in the desktop, a dramatic war fought with shogi pieces, an elaborate domino course. Yokoi is annoyed, yet she keeps getting drawn into his games, and somehow she is always the one who ends up in trouble with the teacher. The result is a short-form comedy built on one boy's inventive ways of slacking off and the classmate who cannot stop watching.
