Nobody remembers this one exists. That's the tragedy, because it's a 1972 adventure built on pure vendetta, Triton alone against an entire family that erased his bloodline five thousand years ago. The sea becomes his hunting ground, not his home. Every episode is another confrontation, another chance to drag the Poseidon Family toward the reckoning they've been avoiding since before human civilization. It's relentless in a way modern shows aren't allowed to be. A kid with nothing left but rage and the ocean.

Five thousand years ago, the Triton Family lived in peace in Atlantis, until the Poseidon Family wiped them out. Triton, who comes from that line, sets out on a life of adventure beneath the waves, battling the Poseidon Family as he goes. The 1972 TV series runs 27 episodes and mixes ocean adventure with fantasy.
