Nora Scholar is now an interstellar bounty hunter, and her latest job takes her to Dazzle, a bleak mining planet, in pursuit of a powerful psychic. On Dazzle she makes friends with Max, who hopes to become a dancer, and the two of them go up against the ESPer Fuuchino and his huge, brawny brother Touchino. This second OVA is a sci-fi adventure with fantasy elements that wraps up the story begun in its prequel. It is adapted from Mikuriya Satomi's 1980 manga, though it strays a long way from that source.
