Nobody talks about Twin Blood. That needs to stop. This is what happens when you let a Tekkaman story breathe outside the main continuity: Blade transforms without needing Pegas, the armor itself becomes a second skin rather than a borrowed weapon, and the entire first clash with Evil feels like watching the real origin unfold instead of the one the series told you. The designs are closer to the Radam threat that actually matters, which makes every frame feel like it's fighting the right enemy. Single episode, no filler, no compromise. This is the version some fans think should have been canon.
A one-episode mecha action OVA, Twin Blood retells the first clash between Blade and Evil as an alternate version of events. Characters and mecha get sharply redesigned looks that set it apart from the rest of the Tekkaman Blade series. Here Blade, also known as D-Boy, can transform without Pegas, and his armor looks much closer to the Radam humanoids seen in Tekkaman Blade II.
