Ultra-Nyan treats a cat-versus-crow war like it's the most serious diplomatic crisis in anime history, then immediately undercuts itself by being a cat who solves problems by being insufferably charming. Ultra-Nyan, the cat from outer space who first turned up in Haruka's life in the earlier film, is back for a new adventure. This time the crows have suddenly declared war on the cats, and Ultra-Nyan is given the job of finding out what set off the conflict. The result is a comedy movie that continues the space cat's story.
