A menace is closing in on Earth from the northern reaches of the galaxy: Tsuifon, the Comet Warrior God, who wrecks everything along its route. Waiting for it is Fighter Ultraman, the planet's legendary guardian, and a deadly fight between the two is about to start. The single-episode sci-fi action OVA builds its story around that clash.
