Mitsuri is a magical girl who draws on the strength of her own soul to change the motorcycle she rides, then races it against a field of rivals. The one-episode special mixes action with magical girl elements. Within its story world it is Chiharu Ouji's latest film. In reality it was made as the anime shown inside the live-action movie Haken Anime!, an adaptation of Mizuki Tsujimura's novel.
