SYNOPSIS
Ryu Urashima is a fugitive in 1980s Japan with one problem: he suddenly wakes up in the year 2050 with no memory of how he got there and strange new abilities coursing through his body. Before he can process what's happening, the Neo Tokyo Mobile Police Unit recruits him to fight Necrime, a ruthless organization bleeding the future city dry with corruption and violence. Trapped in a world 67 years ahead of his time, Ryu has little choice but to accept. The police need his raw power, and he needs answers about who he is and how to get home. As he takes on increasingly dangerous missions against Necrime's operatives, Ryu discovers that the future isn't just a warzone of crime and chaos. It's full of absurd situations, quirky allies, and moments of genuine humor that clash with the serious threats he faces. The central question drives everything: can he dismantle Necrime and find a way back to his own time, or is he destined to stay in 2050 forever? Between explosions and comedy, Ryu has to figure out who he really is.
