Hakuowlo lost his memory after suffering grave injuries, and his face is covered by a strange mask he cannot remove, which sometimes brings him beastly visions. Taken in and healed by villagers, he befriends them and helps them in return. This three-part OVA offers stories the TV anime left out, animated by the staff behind the opening of the game the series adapts. In one, an abandoned baby turns up in Tusukuru, and tracing who it is and who its parents are proves far from simple. In another, a strange group kidnaps Eruruu so she will make a special medicine for them. In a third, Hakuowlo and Touka are fishing at a large stream when he has to leave, and Touka is told to keep an eye on the fish. The mix is fantasy action and comedy.
