Koji arrives late for his interview at the Pia Carrot restaurant after an "accident," but his refusal to give up earns him a job as a waiter. The manager from the first Pia Carrot returns, this time surrounded by an entirely new staff. Azusa, the female lead, despises Koji for his lecherous streak. Ryoko, a manager with a soft spot for him, shows it by working him relentlessly. The crew also includes Aoi, a heavy drinker, Jun, a waiter keeping a secret, and Mina, Azusa's adorable younger sister. The three-episode OVA plays as a romantic comedy with touches of drama and adult hentai content.
