SYNOPSIS
Zhu Ning dies a warrior in a zombie-filled world, only to wake up in something stranger: a toxic wasteland where the lowest class survives by salvaging garbage. Marked as a fifth-class citizen with no memories of how she got here, she trudges through contaminated ruins picking through refuse for scraps. Her new job should be simple, repetitive, numbing. It isn't. The world operates on rules that make no sense. Grotesque creatures born from pollution stalk the wastelands. People whisper about hierarchies and restrictions that seem deliberately designed to keep the lowest castes crushed. And Zhu Ning herself keeps discovering impossible things about her own body and past. Every scavenging run pulls her deeper into a conspiracy that connects her survival to something much larger. The more she learns, the more dangerous her position becomes. Caught between survival and the truth, she has to decide what matters more: staying alive as trash, or risking everything to understand what this world really is and why she's here.
