Four minutes an episode, and somehow it still finds time to make you feel bad about liking a mascot. Wooser is the whole joke: a squishy yellow lump built to sell keychains, running on greed, meat, and appetites he refuses to be embarrassed about, and the CG keeps him bouncy and adorable while the mouth says something unforgivable. By the third season the franchise has stopped pretending it's a gag reel and started stringing actual plot through the runtime, which is the funniest possible flex for a show this small. The title says Phantasmagoric Arc like it's a shonen tournament, and that gap between the epic branding and a lazy creature who wants a nap is the entire gag. Nothing here is heavy, nothing here is loud, and it never asks for more than a coffee break. You will still catch yourself quoting the little goblin at work.

Wooser is back for a third season of his short-form comedy, a mix of comedy, fantasy and slice of life spread across thirteen brief episodes. The mascot looks adorable, but his heart is anything but pure, and his interests still come down to meat, money and girls. Mamoru Miyano voices him, and he is as zany and rude as ever.
