Higepiyo is a small chick with an unlikely mustache who wants to become more manly. He can talk with Hiroshi, the boy who bought him at a fair, and the two are close friends. Higepiyo coaches Hiroshi on winning schoolyard fights and sometimes takes on a bully for him, though his pursuit of masculinity also gets him tangled up in the skin of warmed milk. He is secretly a test subject who escaped from a laboratory. The show is a short-format comedy with a surreal streak.
