Hao Ren is a young man from a small city who scrapes by on the modest rent from an old house. Through a strange accident he ends up as a universe police officer, and his superiors saddle him with a group of peculiar non-human tenants to look after. While he struggles with that arrangement, a cosmic crisis is building in his jurisdiction, the Dream Plane Universe. Digging into it, Hao Ren finds that the ruins of a lost civilization in the Dream Plane seem tied to the origins of the abnormal creatures on Earth. As fallen deities, ancient disasters and long-buried horrors resurface one after another, he comes to see that slacking off may no longer be possible. The seven-episode ONA mixes adventure, fantasy and science fiction.
