Tough biker boys and girls with hairsprayed looks fight turf wars in the streets, revving their motors and trading lines in the spirit of "you killed my buddy, prepare to die." The story comes from a Shonen Magazine manga by Masahide Hashimoto, whose hero is so tough that he has transferred schools 20 times. The 1989 OVA runs six episodes and mixes adventure with drama.
