Two guys decide to become delinquents and immediately realize they have no idea what they're doing. The genius is that their friendship carries every joke, every fight, every stupid decision, because the show actually lets them be completely ridiculous without punching down. Nobody talks about this one.

Two high school transfer students, Mitsuhashi Takashi and Itou Shinji, first cross paths at a salon and learn they are both headed to the same new school. Fed up with being ordinary and unpopular, each decides to reinvent himself as a delinquent. The righteous Itou and the mischievous, underhanded Takashi get off to a rough start and butt heads, but they soon become close friends. Together they set out on a string of comic misadventures, trying to hold their own against delinquents from their own school and others while aiming to become the toughest delinquents in Japan. The ten-episode OVA is a comedy adapted from Nishimori Hiroyuki's manga, serialized in Shounen Sunday.
