Two delinquent idiots spend seven episodes proving that winning a fight and losing a girl are basically the same thing. No plot to hide behind, no character arcs that demand respect, just two punk kids in 1990 doing exactly what punks do: act invincible until reality doesn't care about their pride. The show knows this is stupid and loves it anyway.

Hiroshi and Toru are two cheerful high school punks who seem impossible to beat. Their days revolve around two goals: winning attention from girls and coming out on top in brawls with boys from other schools. Whenever someone picks a fight, they wade straight in and settle things, whatever the price. The seven-episode OVA plays their scrapes and their chasing of girls for comedy.
