Four childhood friends reach their second year at Homare High School together: the good-looking Asaba twins, gentle Yuuta and lazy Yuuki, the kind and cheerful Shun Matsuoka, and the hot-tempered class head Kaname Tsukahara. They are neither especially close nor at odds, yet they have kept spending time together since early childhood. When Chizuru Tachibana, a lively half-Japanese transfer student, joins them, his inventive and often troublesome ideas bring new excitement to their routine. Through fresh encounters, the friends come to understand one another and themselves a little better in a comedy about everyday teenage life, with touches of drama and romance.
