The second Youkai Watch film is a fantasy adventure built around Keita. After he releases Whisper, a ghostly yōkai, from 190 years of confinement, Whisper vows to guard him against supernatural threats and hands him a watch that lets him see yōkai. Joined by Jibanyan, a cat spirit with two tails, the pair help Keita handle one yōkai-related problem after another. As the title indicates, the film features Enma Daiou and is framed around five stories.
