Yumi's Brain Cells puts you inside a woman's head during the exact moment everything goes sideways, romance, work, self-doubt, all of it talking at once. The cells themselves become the real characters, bickering and panicking and occasionally getting it right, which is the closest thing animation has gotten to how your own brain actually feels during a crush. It's comedy that lands because it's true: sometimes the funniest thing about being human is watching yourself fuck it up in real time, cell by cell.

Yumi shares the screen with her own brain cells in this feature-length film, which tells a story about her and the cells inside her head. Mixing comedy, romance and slice-of-life moments, the movie keeps Yumi at the center of everyday life while the cells in her mind take their turn in the spotlight.
