College student Yusuke rescues two beautiful twins, Yuika and Rika, from a wild dog, and the sisters fall for their fearless rescuer. There's just one problem: Yusuke has a crippling fear of women, traced to a traumatic childhood incident with the twin girls next door. His father, a gynecologist, wants him to get over it so he can take over the family practice, and he invites the sisters to live with them while they attend a nearby college. The guest room has space for only one, so Yusuke must pick which twin stays. The bold Yuika and the quieter Rika each do whatever it takes to win him over.
