Marcus is painfully shy, struggles to talk with other people, and gets flustered even at raising a voice. Through a string of mishaps, Marcus lands in charge of the Occult Incident Countermeasures Department anyway. The job means managing a crew of odd, erratic colleagues, among them Xingti and Rabbit Fur Handbag. Each crisis tests whether the timid new boss can find the nerve to hold this strange team together, and whether these seemingly unreliable oddballs are as hopeless as they look. The result is a short comedy built around an awkward leader and an unpredictable office.
