Peace has finally settled over the Kingdom of Dowa, and the talk of political unrest and a coup has faded away. Jean and Lotta Otus pass their days with their close friend Niino, trading easygoing chatter over drinks and cigarettes. They still keep watch for anything that might threaten Dowa, but even the officials at the top of ACCA seem to be letting themselves unwind in the calm that has been so long in coming. These short drama specials accompany ACCA: 13-ku Kansatsu-ka and were released as extras on its three Blu-ray box sets.
