You're getting one minute to fall in love with these kids, and the show is so packed with joke density that it feels twice as long. Each special cranks up the absurdist energy of the main series into something that doesn't have time to explain itself, just execute. It's the kind of thing you loop three times in a row because twelve minutes of pure momentum is somehow more satisfying than most full-length episodes.

Acchi Kocchi Youchien is a set of twelve comedy specials from 2012, each lasting roughly one minute. The shorts were broadcast at the close of every episode of the Acchi Kocchi series, giving viewers a brief extra laugh after the main story. They were later included on the Blu-ray and DVD releases of the series in clean form.
