A kid gets flushed down a toilet and somehow that's the least weird thing that happens to him. The comedy lives in the absolute refusal to explain anything or care that nothing makes sense, Springtown, Taiwan just exists in an underwater world, UNCO fights PIPS because they do, and you're just supposed to roll with it. That kind of commitment to pure nonsense, where the gag is that there is no logic, separates this from shows trying to be absurdist on purpose.

Takeshi's school day takes a ridiculous turn when terrible toilet trouble sends him on a bathroom break and he gets sucked down the toilet into a world under the water. There he meets Jasmine, a spirited girl who pulls him into UNCO, an organization fighting PIPS, a wicked group set on destroying the world. The pair regularly use the underwater world to reach Springtown, Taiwan, where they join their friend and fellow UNCO member Akuei to battle the villains or cope with whatever zany trouble turns up. Expect a surreal comedy packed with gags.
