Nanako is a bumbling apprentice nurse caught in accidents that feel almost cosmic in their randomness. Dr. Kouji watches from the sidelines with the detached patience of someone who knows exactly why she keeps getting hit with falling objects. The ecchi is there, but it's incidental to the real appeal: watching someone stumble through life while one person quietly holds her secrets.
Nanako is a hopelessly inept apprentice nurse working under the gifted young Dr. Kouji. For reasons she cannot work out, all sorts of forces keep coming after her, and she is left wondering whether she has done something wrong. Dr. Kouji and his family, however, know things about Nanako's past that she does not. The OVA mixes comedy and ecchi with mecha and sci-fi.
