Seven years ago, Anemone lost her father in a battle in Tokyo. For emotional support she has only her stuffed toy Gulliver and Dominikids, an AI concierge on her phone. Now she is central to a plan by the experimental unit Acid to fight Eureka Seven, an enemy of humanity that has already killed 2.6 billion people. Her subconscious is sent into another world, where she becomes the only weapon that truly works against it. As strange events unfold there, questions mount about her own life and about what she is really fighting. Eventually she must choose between saving the world and saving someone she loves.
