Tsubasa doesn't exist to be rescued by pretty men, she's the one fixing their mess while they're still figuring out what they are. The seiyuu performances hit harder than they have any right to in a reverse harem show, each character actually distinct instead of a recycled archetype. SYNOPSIS
Tsubasa lands her dream job at Gandala Music as an A&R producer, only to discover her first assignment is a nightmare: B-PROJECT, a sprawling idol unit already fracturing under poor management. Ten talented but clashing musicians are split across three groups, Kitakore, THRIVE, and MooNs, each with their own baggage and conflicting ambitions. With zero industry experience and everything working against her, Tsubasa has to figure out how to unite these guys, salvage their careers, and prove she belongs in the business. What starts as damage control becomes something deeper as she gets to know each member's struggles, dreams, and why they chose music in the first place. She's not their parent or their friend yet, but she's determined to be the person who actually listens. The job demands everything: long nights, impossible deadlines, and navigating egos both on and off stage. But watching these ten individuals slowly transform from a liability into a genuine force forces Tsubasa to grow up fast. The music's only as good as the trust between them, and trust is the hardest thing to build.
