Tsubasa doesn't exist to be rescued by pretty men, she's the one fixing their mess while they're still figuring out what they are. The seiyuu performances hit harder than they have any right to in a reverse harem show, each character actually distinct instead of a recycled archetype. It's a soundtrack that sticks, character designs that refuse to be forgotten, and a protagonist who thinks instead of just reacting.
Tsubasa is a new hire in the A&R department at Gandala Music, one of the biggest record labels in the industry. Right after she joins, the company puts her in charge of the idol unit B-PROJECT, which brings together three groups: Kitakore, THRIVE and MooNs. The unit has ten young men, and each of them has a very different personality. Because this is her first job, things rarely go smoothly, and she keeps running into trouble and mishaps as she learns to work with them. The 2016 TV series runs 12 episodes and mixes drama with music.
