Dragonoid returns while the Awesome Brawlers are still in a deep sleep, recovering from their last effort to save the world. New creatures called Geogan appear: Bakugan-like beings fused with crystal that take on geometric shapes. They look unlike ordinary Bakugan and are exceptionally strong fighters. The Awesome Brawlers soon win over this band of misfits as loyal partners, and the Geogan set out to prove themselves in the Bakugan battle arena. The series is an action fantasy with a comedic side.
