This is a concert film that doesn't pretend to be anything else, no filler plot, just five bands playing music you came to hear. You're standing in that crowd, not watching characters stand in one. The setlist moves through the deep cuts that made you obsess over these characters in the first place, then hits the songs that broke you open when you heard them live the first time.

Kasumi Toyama and her Poppin'Party bandmates Saya, Tae, Rimi and Arisa stand on the brink of stardom as they get ready for an enormous outdoor concert. The venue is huge, but they won't be filling it alone: Afterglow, Pastel Palettes, Roselia and Hello, Happy World! take the stage alongside them. The five bands are still rivals, but the audience gets a full lineup of J-Pop performances. The first theatrical film in the BanG Dream! series, it is a music movie built around one big live event.
