You watch a stranger walk in carrying their whole life's weight, order a drink, and leave lighter. Ryuu doesn't fix anything for them, he just listens while pouring, and somehow that's enough. Each episode is a small mercy, a reminder that sometimes all someone needs is for one person to understand exactly what they're asking for before they even speak.

Ryuu Sasakura runs Eden Hall, a quiet, out-of-the-way bar hidden among the busy alleys of Ginza in Tokyo. Troubled people seem to find its doors, and Ryuu, a prodigy mixologist, knows which drink will ease each guest's worries, so they go home restored. Meanwhile, Miwa Kurushima and her coworker Yukari Higuchi are looking for someone to take charge of the counter bar at the well-known Hotel Cardinal. The chairman will only hire a bartender who can make the ultimate drink called the Glass of God, and every candidate Miwa brings him fails. After a chance meeting with Ryuu, the chairman is amazed by his skill. He becomes a regular at Eden Hall and tries every day to lure him away, with Miwa's help, but Ryuu proves hard to recruit. The series is a drama and slice-of-life story adapted from Jou Araki's cocktail manga.
