The peace of the world is shattered when Mogool, an empire on the sea floor, sets out to conquer the earth. Its tyrannical ruler Helqeen leads the campaign with her loyal companions Goroskie and Zan-gack. Dr. Yuri foresaw this danger, and to thwart it he assembles four powerful robots as the Blocker Corps.
