The show treats a restaurant dinner like a heist, complete with impossible logistics, casual supernatural stakes, and characters who are somehow both completely out of their depth and exactly where they need to be. It knows the joke is watching competent people fail at something ridiculous, then succeed anyway through pure chaos and commitment. The OVA format means it can be stupid without apology, which is the entire point.

The members of Libra step out of the shadows for a rare evening out, hosting a royal guest who stands next in line for his country's throne. Hoping to impress him, they book a table at Molzzogazza, the most celebrated restaurant in Hellsalem's Lot. Steven A. Starphase knows the dinner could help Libra, so he pushes the team hard to behave and avoid any blunders. What he has not accounted for is the food itself: Molzzogazza's dishes taste so transcendent that most diners lose their grip on reason while eating. As the meal threatens to shatter the team's composure, a danger to the restaurant approaches without their noticing. The single OVA episode adapts a story from the eighth volume of the manga and mixes action, comedy and the supernatural.
