At a boarding school on an island shared by two rival nations, students from the Eastern Nation of Touwa and the Principality of West live in separate dormitories and carry on a long feud. Romio Inuzuka and Juliet Persia lead the opposing dorms, the Black Doggies and the White Cats, and appear to be sworn enemies. In truth they are deeply in love.
