In a future where the planet has dried out and turned almost entirely to desert, water is the most precious thing left. The few rivers and lakes that remain are home to villains and dangerous creatures, and whoever gains control of the water stands to rule the world. Captain Kuppa is the title character in this sci-fi action adventure, a 26-episode TV series from 2001 set in that parched landscape.
