Charmmy Kitty bounces through a world where everyday moments turn into small adventures. She is a Sanrio character who debuted in 2004, the year Hello Kitty celebrated three decades, and this OVA gives her an animated outing. Rather than one long plot, each release gathers four or five brief tales, mixing everyday slice-of-life moments with light adventure across its five episodes.
