These are fairy tales remade as Sanrio comfort watches, which means you're not here for plot twists or stakes that matter. Every episode is designed to feel like wrapping yourself in a blanket while someone tells you a story you already know, just softer and gentler than the original. The show understands that sometimes you don't want to be challenged, you want to sit with Kitty and her friends while they wander through familiar worlds at a pace that lets you breathe.

Sanrio characters step into the shoes of literary legends across a collection of classic fairy tales and adventure stories. Across eleven OVA episodes released in 1993 and 1994, Kitty White and fellow Sanrio characters take the lead roles in classic tales. Hello Kitty stars in Snow White, Kaguya-hime, Alice in Wonderland, A Little Princess and two Heidi stories, the second centered on meeting Clara. Keroppi takes on Gulliver's Travels and Robin Hood, Pekkle heads into Aladdin and Sinbad, and Kiki and Lara play Hansel and Gretel.
