Haruki Bandou grew up in a family of judo practitioners that owns a dojo, but the sport never made him happy, and a shoulder injury gives the shy first-year university student a reason to quit. Then his childhood friend Kazuma Hashimoto leaves the judo club too, with a bold plan: an all-male cheerleading team. Reluctant at first, Haruki helps him found the BREAKERS, the first team of its kind at Meishiin University.
