Chio doesn't want to be noticed, so the universe spends twelve episodes making sure she can't walk to school without tripping into absolute chaos. SYNOPSIS
Chio is a regular first-year student at Samejima Academy who wants nothing more than to blend in and survive high school quietly. There's just one problem: her commute to school is a minefield of absurd situations that constantly threaten her ordinary existence. Armed with combat tactics and parkour moves borrowed from her obsession with Western video games, Chio navigates daily obstacles that range from awkward social encounters to physical comedy disasters. Her childhood friend Manana, desperately trying to shed her otaku identity, keeps getting dragged into Chio's chaos. Meanwhile, Yuki, the effortlessly perfect student who sits atop the school's social hierarchy, also somehow ends up tangled in Chio's web of misadventures. What makes this work is the contrast between Chio's determined efforts to stay invisible and the sheer comedy of her unconventional problem-solving. Each episode mines humor from the gap between her game-world logic and real-world consequences.
