A mysterious girl who is running from something suddenly approaches thirteen-year-old Meguru Tokio. The stranger turns out to share her name. She looks around seventeen and has a passionate personality that the younger Meguru finds hard to handle. Meguru Tokio is soon pulled into the older girl's fight with a mysterious organization and becomes a target herself, pursued by a narcissist named Rei. She can hardly believe the other Meguru came from the future, but she fights beside her in a dimensional robot. After the clash with Rei, she learns that the older girl is actually her descendant. When they find that someone has used the older Meguru's history surveillance device to jump into the past, the two leap back in time as well. The story is a single-episode mecha OVA.
