A kid who spent his teenage years in a factory meets someone who's never worked a day, and the show actually lets them both be right about each other. Manami's not bitter, he's tired in a way that makes him see through the princess act immediately, which is the only reason she can't dismiss him back. The romance works because they're solving each other's problem without either one knowing that's what love is supposed to do.

Manami Katagiri is eighteen and has had a hard life: he left middle school early and took a factory job so he could look after his little sister. Hoping to improve his situation, he goes back to school as a high school student. On his very first day he meets a girl he calls a "princess", someone he says has never had to work at all. Whether their meeting leads to love or to rivalry is the question at the heart of this romantic drama. The ONA runs twenty short episodes animated in a vertical format and released through the smartphone app Anime Beans.
