SYNOPSIS
Ryo Saeba works Tokyo's streets as the City Hunter, a private detective with a reputation for solving cases nobody else will touch. When actress Emi Makaze walks into his office desperate to find her missing brother, it seems like another routine job. The problem: her brother is the Professor, a deranged former soldier now plotting to level the Shinjuku district and take half the city with it. Kaori, Ryo's quick-witted partner, gets roped into protecting Emi while everything spirals toward catastrophe. What starts as a simple missing persons case transforms into a race against the clock, with Ryo caught between stopping a madman's destructive revenge fantasy and keeping the people he cares about alive. The stakes keep climbing as the Professor's scheme accelerates and old grudges surface.
