Ryo Saeba gets played the way only a City Hunter movie knows how to do it. A million-dollar job walks through the door, and everything you think you know about the target inverts before the second act lands. The con spirals outward until the real question isn't who wants Ryo dead, but why he keeps taking jobs from people beautiful enough to lie convincingly.

Emily O'Hara, a beautiful American, offers Ryo Saeba and Kaori Makimura, the duo known as City Hunter, one million dollars to guard her against a man called Douglas. The pay looks steep for the work, but they accept. The job is not what it first appears to be: Ryo himself may be the true target, and nobody knows who is after him. Along the way the pair face gunfire and toys wired with explosives in this action movie.
